ANU-SAT [V-1] – Wireless Data Transfer Satellite Prototype

A prototype satellite model built for wireless data transmission and IoT communication research. It simulates ground-to-space connectivity, enabling low-cost satellite experimentation. Supports academic and industry innovation in space tech applications. Built to test signal integrity, mobility data, and secure communication protocols.

ANU-SAT V1 is a compact satellite simulator designed for wireless data transfer using IoT-enabled systems. It provides hands-on experience in telemetry, encryption, and data relay modules while bridging academic concepts with future aerospace solutions.

Lack of affordable, practical satellite testing platforms for students and innovators. Real satellites are costly and inaccessible, limiting hands-on development.

We built a ground-based satellite prototype using low-power transmission, modular electronics, and real-time data channels. It enables safe, scalable wireless experiments before real orbital deployment.
